Initially wasn't sure that I'd found it; rod marker hacked off leaving a bent, sharp-edged stump. NE side of a busy road; approx 8 ft SE from a large stone block and 3 ft in from the kerb. Location marked with plastic bottles from the plentiful supply strewn along the verge. Camera refused to focus in the rain; unable to get a decent site picture.

On a bend in the road. Strewn with rubbish. Bracken recently cut though. Nothing found worth digging for. This road edge may have been raised when the road was repaved as the adjacent field is significantly lower.
