Like Ted I used the OS sketch and just had to clear a bit of mown grass and small amount of earth before finding it. Take care with your fingers as the metalwork on this block is not the usual rounded bolt but sharp in nature.

Easy to find with the OS sketch; about 2" below the surface but an obvious hole marks the spot. Even by the undemanding standards of Surface Blocks, this item is pretty boring!

consult the OS passive station database before you try to find this station in some guys front lawn! hidden among the grass is a concrete block with small metal stud protruding.
