Great views and a bench at the top. What more could you ask for. Parked in the housing estate rather than on the main road and walked on the public foot path from there.

This is a much better trig and place than I had anticipated, its a nice area with lovely views. I approached like some others before me from the village of Hoylandswaine on the path along Hamper Lane. There has been a remembrance plaque attached to the trig now and there was a selection of giant fungi close to the trig when I was there. I\'m afraid I got trigger happy with the camera!

Surprisingly good views in all directons - sunny, very cold, autumnal day but a bit hazy so the photo's are't too clear. Paths a bit muddy today reaching the trig despite the frost. Easy access along the ROW.
