Started from S near Glendevon Castle and approached via the huge new Green Knowe windfarm road, which brings one to about 350m from trig. Rather circuitous, and ghastly, but easy.

Pillar in good condition. Spider centre open. Flush bracket faces 23° NNE. Vented through SE sight hole. The wind turbines are up and running.

First visit. To record FB number. HISTORY: Pillar completed 21st August 1950 costing £10.14s.0d. Computed as secondary triangulation station NO02/22 within the Perth block during 1951. Levelled for height also in 1951. Last maintained by the OS in October 1971.
