Probably due a 10 but the weather let me down today. Rain all day so I was expecting to be a bit damp. I had planned a longer walk but cows in a couple of fields (I had my dog) meant a diversion. No views and rain with a cold wind.

Somewhat impromptu choice - we'd done Cairnsmore of Fleet in the morning and taken such a battering in ferocious weather with zero views that there seemed little point wasting the afternoon on any of the other D&G hills over 500m we'd planned on. This was a delightful diversion, as others along track from Glasserton Kirk then SW through 2 pasture fields and a minor gorse maze. Fantastic views.

Sounds like I took a very similar route to dugswell2 parking at Glasserton Church. Then used track passed Home Farm to access pasture and easy route to summit via gate at N54° 43.032' W4° 28.620', then through gap in wall at N54° 42.917' W4° 28.752' past ruin at N54° 42.743' W4° 28.795' and also spotted the spring before the trigpoint, all on what looked like quad tracks.
