Late summer. Easily missed with dense brambles and hawthorn between the path and the trig. Intact but yellower than the last photo!

Condition of the trig point itself is fine, but it is hidden amongst a deep hedge and nettles. If you weren’t looking for it, you certainly wouldn’t spot it.

In undergrowth to N of track. Obvious. Good condition. Not at HP which is probably on track to Wood Farm/ Poacher's Hideaway. Trig only on 1:25 map, not my 1:50 map.

(152) Good parking spot at the entrance to the PROW, and a 5 minute walk to the pillar, which is on the right hand side as you go down. The walkway is very overgrown at the moment. Still easy enough to spot the pillar which is being shaded under some trees. Pillar history: Built on the 17th of September 1948, at a cost of £8 15s 5d. Last maintained by the OS in April of 1981.

On way home after visiting uni mate, this is fourth of four trigs. Easy park in layby entrance to the bridleway and easy trig to find on r.h. side of track. Trig is built on a large solid base with views NW through hedge, it'd be a different matter in summer. Lots of flint in the fields.

Also logged as YSM3202. A group of walkers were following us up the bridleway and I disappeared off the track to log the trig while Bren stopped on the path and as they arrived a couple of them shouted "we know what you're up to" but they were wrong I was only photographing the trig..lol

Joint visit with Carole. Esay access situated on a public bridleway. Quite visible at this time of the year but may be a bit more difficult in the leafy season. We parked just off the main road at the path junction and walked along the path to the pillar. Everything in good order.

I parked at the end of the PF then a short walk to find the trig hiding in a hedge, no views of course but the trig is in good condition with all metalwork intact.

An easy, short walk from where Tyrolean Maid left the car at the start of the by-way. The pillar is tucked into the hedge on the north side of the track. It’s in good condition, if a little grubby, and has all it’s metalwork in place. Without forcing your way through the hedge, the only views are east and west along the track and to be honest, I’ve seen prettier tracks.
