I parked on Ingaville Road and followed the track north to Berry Farm. Just beyond the cattle grid I turned west over grassland before picking up the track leading up the hill. The pillar sits surrounded by rocks and has a GPS plaque; FB faces SSE; NNW sighthole open, others plugged; original top with rasied letters. Great views from up here - Foula clearly visible in the distance, Hildasay, Sanda Stour among others, and down to Fitful Head in the south.
