A very easy pillar to access, especially compared to the nearby Robin Hood Hill! I parked up on Airedale Heights, and nipped down the (non-PROW) path opposite #32 and then took the left fork. A few well-worn dog walking paths converge and meet at the boundary of the ongoing housebuilding site, and then join a good track heading south-west. The pillar is easy to see, safely tucked into the thick hedge. It seems in good condition, and as long as the development doesn't encroach any further, it should be safe. I returned the same way.
