Parked Southside with trig in view of the road. Walked around boundary to trig in hedge line, top has a little damage but in pretty good condition. FB, Spider and Cap in place. Had to hold down brambles for FB picture and then step over fence and hold onto gorse bush to take picture of top. Will be difficult to spot if left to grow too much in future as it has fences on both sides. A few like this where farmer is trying to thicken hedge!

Narrow layby on S side road. Followed banked field boundary to trig which is on a large plinth on the boundary bank with fair covering of ivy and bramble, some of which was pruned. Pillar has some damage to top from hedge cutter; retains original cap, deeply indented lettering; left and right-hand sight holes open. 360deg farmland views.

I approached like others have done along the hedge line from the road/gate. Nothing really to add to other reports other than to confirm that it is still there and in good condition albeit surrounded by thick hedging.

Followed hedgeline from road as suggested by r.j.ogle - thanks Rosie! Trig was too overgrown to look at the plug, and there was the ominous sound of a tractor on it's way - field had just been ploughed. FB facing west.

You can see it from the road, even if it looks like a tree from the distance. It is on the hedgerow and covered in ivy, but still in good condition. There is a layby 200m west of the trig point along the road, for those driving, walk into the field, round the edge to the right and then north towards the trig.
