Tricky little find in long wet grass. CJO's measurements helped, despite distance from fence being 1.4m. Bolt measured at 3/4" diameter. ***Revisited 3 Nov 2023 with coinea. Block quickly found and partially dug out. Left it uncovered.

Parked on pavement across road from block. Donned the high viz and spotted an indent filled with dirt. Got the spade out and cleared it and there was the bolt.

1" bolt. Location as per sketch. Additional information to finding it: 1.8 m from lamppost R73. 1m from fence.

Slightly tricky due to a couple of inches of snow but following combination of Jimmy's fencepost and the OS advice to sight directly along the edge of no 63 will find it for you.

Finally found this wee bolt after a few visits... one fully extended walking pole due East of the ninth fencepost... I managed to plough up the verge about 4 metres away before zeroing in on the lil feller! 42m height - my first after my 42nd birthday the other day! :D
