Leaving one car near hotel, public parking was all dug up, and one at forest edge near Adielinn, followed good path up Ben Tirran and Trig, fording Burn of Loch Wharral easily. Fence line, cutting corner slightly towards Muckle Cairn. Stile over off elec fences and mainly good path to Muckle Cairn. Mainly good path back to Craigs of Loch Wharral and on to Green Hill. The small paths would disappear and reappear throughout the day. Beautiful Corrie edge to The Snub and surprising little path direct to Benty Roads, best hill name, and back to just E of Boustie Ley. Path all the way over Boustie Ley to Cathelle Houses. Back to almost The Snub and good path down all the way to Clova past beautiful Loch Brandy. Glad of 2 cars and no jaunt along the road. 22.8km, 1232m climb 6:43 total time in wonderful weather and pretty dryish underfoot.

Realized at marked ford, where W thru' felled forest, getting wet feet over burn, picking up path again along forest edge back to car. Good walk but no views due to clag

My Corbett #40, Rosie's 39th. Clockwise circuit, parked near Wheen and walked to Clova to get the 'road walk' out of the way, then up to Loch Brandy, Green Hill, and back via Loch Wharral. Although the hill was clear of clag the dull, cloudy skies meant views weren't as great as they could have been.
