A quick bag whilst in Edinburgh to do Mary Kings Close. Also looked for the bolt on site listed on benchmarking but there was a large flower pot in the way.

Saw every day for the last 4. Best viewed from turret at Camera Obscura if you have a chance its a great attraction, where I also couldn't walk over the bridge without losing balance at all, great fun. Highly recommended.

Tron Kirk stands in Hunter Square at the junction of High Street and South Bridge on the Royal Mile in the Old Town of Edinburgh. It was completed in 1647. The original wooden spire was replaced in 1829 after it was destroyed by a fire. It closed as a church in 1952. The site is traditionally the centre of the city’s Hogmanay celebrations. It is a Grade A listed building and is within Edinburgh’s World Heritage Site.
